General Warehouse and Asset Controller Staff

Responsibilities

• Check, provide, and maintain all items sent or received
• Maintain security of goods in the warehouse to prevent damage or loss
• Perform routine checks for expiry dates, damage, or defects
• Record stock additions and reductions on stock cards
• Process goods requests according to established procedures
• Prepare periodic reports on expired, damaged, or low-stock items
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3) in a related major
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• High attention to detail for inventory tracking and documentation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics preferred
