General Utility Associate

Responsibilities

• Work closely with plant staff to provide a safe work environment
• Use hand tools or simple machines in production
• Start and operate production lines
• Provide raw materials to production lines
• Empty production lines into pallets for WIP or finished goods
• Maintain and count inventory of production, parts, and materials
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and timely
• Prepare pallets with proper labels and paperwork for storage or shipment
• Use proper packaging materials based on product type and shipping method
• Build pallets to keep up with product output
• Periodically inspect for quality issues visually or with tools
• Report safety, quality, and maintenance issues to supervisor
• Keep the work area clean using 6S process

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• General work experience in manufacturing or similar preferred
• Ability to work night shift (7:45pm to 8:00am)
