Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with the team to identify areas where your expertise can accelerate Metaforms' growth
• Take high ownership of projects and drive results in a fast-moving environment
• Solve complex problems using structured thinking and deep craft

Requirements

• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage or scaling startups (0→1 or 1→10)
• Exposure to AI, SaaS, or the market research industry
• Hands-on experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Forsta/Confirmit, Decipher) or research operations
• Ability to thrive in high-trust, high-accountability teams
