Patriot Erectors is a full-service, AISC Certified Steel Fabricator and AISC Advanced Steel Erector. Founded in 1991, the company is located just west of Austin, Texas, with a modern 60,000-square-foot fabrication facility. Patriot strives to provide exceptional customer service to fabricate and erect structural steel facilities and non-building steel structures, focusing on quality, safety, and immense pride in every project.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and monitor all Company safety policies, including fall protection, hazard mitigation, and PPE compliance.
• Ensure Site Supervisors and craft workers are trained, certified, and implementing safety procedures.
• Conduct site visits to assess and mitigate risks; oversee Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and pre-task planning.
• Ensure welders are properly certified and following WPS procedures; oversee bolting, surveying, and installation accuracy.
• Monitor production rates, manpower requirements, and equipment usage to meet project milestones.
• Track project costs, material usage, and schedule progress.
• Mentor and guide Site Supervisors and craft teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in safe and compliant erection of structural and miscellaneous steel.
• Current CPR / First Aid certification.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (including Subpart R).
• Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Boom Lift operation certification.
• Scaffold Erection Certification.
• JIW Certificate (or equivalent).
• Conversant in AWS, AISC, RCSC, ANSI, and OSHA manuals.
