Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects
• Manage field responsibilities for medium to complex projects or multiple smaller teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers to create schedules and project updates
• Enforce site-specific safety plans and conduct weekly safety toolbox talks
• Ensure high quality control standards and submit Non-Conformance Reports
• Manage project deliveries, logistics, and material management
• Oversee tool and equipment needs and maintenance
• Use mobile apps and technology to track and distribute project information
• Organize and lead weekly project meetings with foremen and subcontractors

Requirements

• Proven track record as a construction Senior Superintendent for a mechanical trade
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
• Experience managing multiple Superintendents
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional communication and leadership abilities
