General Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Act as the Business Unit production and productivity lead for all projects
• Manage on-site superintendents to ensure safety, coordination, and schedule adherence
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and development
• Interface with Union representatives and manage personnel skill levels
• Manage dispatch of manpower, tools, and equipment
• Drive productivity and quality through audits and coaching
• Monitor worker safety and support incident investigations
• Attend pre-bid meetings to provide feedback on best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of field supervisory experience in commercial interiors
• Experience with ground-up, tenant improvements, renovations, core & shell, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and millwork
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training/experience
• STSC Certification
• OSHA 30
• Valid chauffeur's license or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and Viewpoint software
• Ability to travel or relocate for extended periods
