Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a premium customer experience
• Recruit, train, and retain talent through effective succession planning and leadership coaching
• Drive business growth by implementing strategic business plans and analyzing KPIs to improve productivity
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational excellence, budget adherence, and efficient store processes
• Manage omnichannel sales initiatives using modern retail tools and technologies
• Partner with HR to handle personnel matters professionally and maintain an inclusive work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-volume retail stores and managing large teams
• Strong results orientation with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, flexible approach to a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Deep interest in fashion, luxury trends, and the retail market
• Fluency in English
