General Site Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project teams including in-house installers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Supervise assigned project work and coordinate between engineering, estimating, and field crews
• Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs, and production schedules
• Review and interpret project specifications for job setup and construction execution
• Manage site work, site access, medium to low voltage electrical work, and BESS installation
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, utilities, and regulatory agencies
• Enforce strict safety, process control, and documentation standards
• Lead project alignment meetings and document project activities

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction supervision experience
• Experience with General Contractor or Electrical Contractor (BESS and Commercial Solar preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract specific plans and specifications
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification
• OSHA 30hr certification
• Experience with 3D model reviews, Navisworks, and clash reviews
• Advanced knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance
