General Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day venue operations, ensuring high-quality guest service and minimal disruptions
• Manage, schedule, and develop on-site staff through training and coaching
• Act as an active participant on-site, stepping into tech or front-of-house roles as needed
• Oversee facility upkeep, cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and empathetically as the first point of escalation
• Drive local attendance and brand visibility through community engagement and partnerships
• Manage venue budgets, payroll auditing, cost control, and retail inventory
• Track KPIs including labor efficiency, revenue per visitor, and overall profitability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or franchise management
• Understanding of budgeting, expense control, and retail operations
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate physical tasks
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production, amusement attractions, theme parks, or exhibitions
• Comfort using basic tools (hammer, drill, etc.)
• Experience maintaining mechanical or technical equipment
• Ability to manage VR technology and production programs
