General Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day venue operations, ensuring high service quality and guest satisfaction
• Oversee setup, calibration, and maintenance of VR equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
• Manage, schedule, and delegate responsibilities to on-site staff
• Prepare and deliver regular performance and budget reports
• Develop programming ideas, corporate partnerships, and special events to drive revenue
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate and private events
• Maintain a customer-first culture and monitor guest feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or franchise management
• Ability to understand, operate, and troubleshoot technical systems (VR/AR, AV systems)
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting performance data
• Understanding of budgeting, expense control, and retail operations
• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical and technical equipment
• Comfort using basic tools (hammer, drill, etc.)
• Past experience managing pop-up events, amusement attractions, theme parks, or exhibitions
