General Services Utilities Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous supply of electricity, air, water, and natural gas to the manufacturing plants
• Define and implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
• Manage and coordinate scheduled equipment downtime to minimize plant impact
• Plan maintenance activities and review checklists and activity reports from technicians and contractors
• Manage payroll for technical staff and handle personal administration tasks
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized utility and maintenance work
• Guarantee compliance with established quality standards in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven background working in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of Project Management
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in maintenance operations
• Experience in personal administration and staff management
