General Services Utilities Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous and timely supply of electricity, air, water, and natural gas to the plant
• Define and implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
• Manage and coordinate scheduled equipment downtime to minimize production impact
• Plan maintenance activities and review checklists and activity reports from technicians and contractors
• Manage payroll and personal administration for technical staff
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized technical work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven background working within manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles
• Proficiency in English
• Direct experience in maintenance operations
• Experience in personal administration and staff management
