General Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and availability of a diverse fleet, including approximately 170 light vehicles, 10 heavy trucks, and specialized lifting equipment.
• Coordinate and lead three operational and technical crews to ensure continuous service.
• Plan and control both preventive and corrective maintenance for all vehicles and equipment.
• Manage repairs by coordinating with internal workshops and external service providers.
• Oversee mandatory documentation, including insurance, technical inspections (VTV/RTO), and permits.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as operational availability, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and mileage.
• Ensure strict compliance with road and industrial safety standards, as well as environmental regulations.
• Manage basic stock of spare parts, tools, and supplies related to the fleet.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising light and heavy vehicle fleets and special equipment.
• Strong knowledge of general mechanical and hydraulic maintenance.
• Experience coordinating operational personnel and technical crews.
• Knowledge of lifting and load movement equipment operation and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of road and industrial safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems.

• Ability to manage mechanical contingencies and operational emergencies in oil field environments.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying cost-optimization and operational efficiency opportunities.
