General Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general radiographic procedures to support diagnosis and treatment
• Operate advanced imaging equipment ensuring high-quality image capture
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient department functioning
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Radiographer
• Proven experience in general diagnostic radiography, ideally at Band 6 level
• Proficiency in operating modern radiographic equipment
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection and health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
