General Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced imaging technology to obtain detailed images of patients' internal structures
• Support the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain precise patient records
• Follow safety protocols and offer compassionate patient support
• Work alongside healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans

Requirements

• HCPC registered
• Proven technical skills and competency in general radiography, including theatre and trauma work
• Minimum of five GCSEs (grades A-C), including English, maths, and science
• Two or three A levels, including physics, chemistry, or biology/human biology, or equivalent
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
