General Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of routine diagnostic imaging procedures
• Ensure high standards of image quality and patient safety
• Operate imaging equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to departmental protocols and radiation safety regulations
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach to patient care

Requirements

• HCPC registered Radiographer
• PVG Certificate
• Experience working at Band 5/6 level or equivalent
• Proficiency in general radiographic techniques and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current radiographic practices and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NHS or similar healthcare settings
