General Production

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and safety rules
• Perform heavy manual labor involving repeated bending, twisting, turning, and squatting
• Execute tasks requiring manual dexterity with fingers, hands, and arms
• Lift various objects weighing up to 50 pounds in a consistent and repeated manner
• Comply with all OSHA Safety and Health rules
• Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to perform repetitive physical motions and heavy manual labor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
