General Production

Responsibilities

• Build thermal products for engine transmission oil cooling, charged air cooling, and active warm-up applications
• Maintain safety and quality as top priorities during all production tasks
• Perform repetitive tasks and duties with high attention to detail
• Ensure all work meets customer quality specifications
• Work effectively within a close team environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong visual acuity and inspection skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and handwork capabilities
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
• Ability to lift between 5-15 lbs, sometimes continuously
• Ability to work the night shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance

Benefits

• Competitive wage of $21.00 per hour
• Night shift premium of $0.55 per hour
