GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is a pioneering healthcare facility in Dubai, delivering comprehensive, tech-enabled, and patient-centric care for individuals with diabetes and other metabolic disorders. We are redefining chronic disease management through an integrated care model, continuous monitoring technologies, and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care with a strong focus on diabetes and endocrine-related conditions
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, PCOS, and other metabolic/endocrine issues
• Work closely with endocrinologists, health coaches, nutritionists, and diabetes educators in a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize digital platforms and remote monitoring tools to support continuous care and patient engagement
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient data and health trends
• Monitor treatment outcomes, adjust medications, and provide lifestyle-oriented advice
• Ensure thorough documentation in electronic medical records and comply with clinical protocols
• Support hospital infection control programs

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• DHA License or Eligibility Letter as General Practitioner (GP)
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in the UAE
• Demonstrated interest or experience in endocrinology or diabetes management
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary or tech-enabled healthcare environment
