Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous mentorship and tactical insights to startup teams to help establish product-market fit and growth frameworks
• Guide early-stage founders through fundraising preparation, including optimizing investor pitches and managing investor matching pipelines
• Lead formal interview frameworks and evaluations of early-stage applicants to develop investment conviction
• Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio executives during complex transitions, such as product pivots or co-founder equity alignment
• Author insightful ecosystem essays and analytical content for distribution across professional platforms and social networks

Requirements

• Proven track record as a founder or early executive with experience scaling a technology startup through the 0-to-1 lifecycle
• Deep domain expertise in Web3, Cryptocurrency, Distributed Systems, or Artificial Intelligence
• Strong technical evaluation skills to critically assess the capabilities and strategic vision of technical founders
• High emotional intelligence and the discretion necessary to handle sensitive, high-stakes organizational matters
• Must be located in or able to immediately relocate to New York City for full-time, on-site operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in venture architecture, including deploying early-stage capital or executing institutional investments
• An established network of tier-one crypto, decentralized infrastructure, or AI institutional allocators and angel investors
