Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship to founders regarding product-market fit, growth, and strategic input
- Prepare startup teams for fundraising and Demo Day pitches
- Conduct admissions interviews and evaluate companies for the accelerator
- Serve as a trusted confidant to founders during high-stakes inflection points
- Produce engaging content via podcasts, essays, and social media
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling your own company
- Deep expertise in building and scaling startups within crypto and/or AI
- Strong judgment in assessing technical founders and markets
- High emotional intelligence and discretion
- Ability to work onsite in New York City
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success investing in early-stage companies
- A strong investor network within the crypto or AI sectors
