About the role
Responsibilities
- Installing vinyl flooring within modular buildings
- Using engineering tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively
- Carrying out self-checks and completing required manufacturing documentation
- Identifying and reporting defective or substandard components
- Completing MTOs and supporting material ordering for allocated tasks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Adhering to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Company procedures
- Supporting team members and working collaboratively to meet production deadlines
- Working overtime or attending site work as required
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures
- Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems
- Previous shift work experience
