General Operator - Vinyl Floor Fitter

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl flooring within modular buildings
• Use engineering tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively
• Perform self-checks and complete required manufacturing documentation
• Identify and report defective or substandard components
• Complete MTOs and support material ordering for allocated tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Adhere to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Company procedures
• Support team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A reliable and safety-conscious approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience working shifts
