General Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform surface finishing of tubes using standardized mechanical methods according to system requirements.
• Execute tube cutting, shaping, facing, and fitting operations including tack welding, end crushing, drilling, beading, and crimping.
• Operate and maintain cutting equipment such as chop saws, facing machines, bench presses, and manual cutting tools.
• Support polyvalence activities across different areas of the company as needed.
• Manage all tube manufacturing operations from material handling to transformation processes.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education with a valid certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience as a production operator or recent high school graduate.
• Basic knowledge of tolerances and general manufacturing processes.
• Experience or knowledge in operating chop saws, facing machines, bench presses, and manual cutting tools.
• Strong soft skills including initiative, teamwork, and a drive for excellence.
