General Operator - Heat Treatment

Responsibilities

• Operate heat treatment and drop quench ovens
• Perform hardness testing and cycle verification
• Degrease components
• Execute TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks
• Adhere to EH&S (Environmental Health and Safety) policies

Requirements

• Manufacturing industry experience
• Ability to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) as required
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized engineering apprenticeship (e.g., City & Guilds level 2 or equivalent)
• Background in heat treatment processes
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
