Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel assigned to the service
• Verify compliance with current legal regulations in Occupational Health and Safety
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of risk prevention programs
• Perform field safety inspections and verify compliance with safe work procedures
• Coordinate the investigation of incidents, accidents, and safety observations
• Prepare reports, records, and management indicators in Occupational Health and Safety
• Coordinate permanently with the client and operational areas to ensure proper service execution
• Promote a preventive culture oriented towards continuous improvement and operational risk control

Requirements

• Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related careers
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Supervisor or Field Coordinator in Occupational Health and Safety services
• Experience leading supervision teams and risk prevention
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Law and its regulations
• Knowledge of IPERC, ATS, work permits, and incident investigation
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Leadership, planning, effective communication, and teamwork skills
• Availability to work in the field
