General Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care in inpatient services according to hospital standards
• Conduct initial patient assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and prioritize needs
• Perform periodic reassessments based on patient condition and treatment plans
• Analyze patient assessment data to plan and execute nursing actions
• Ensure availability of necessary equipment and medicines and assist doctors during examinations
• Conduct educational activities for patients and their families to support recovery
• Observe, evaluate, and report patient developments to doctors
• Maintain complete documentation of treatments and patient history
• Collect operational data and reports for analysis by superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Nursing (S1) and Ners Professional Program (S.Kep., Ns.)
• Active lifetime STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
• Completed Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) training
