General Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical conditions, and identify changes requiring medical intervention
• Administer medications and intravenous therapy accurately and safely
• Maintain complete and accurate nursing documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Provide education to patients and families regarding disease management and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including physicians and pharmacists
• Adhere to patient safety goals, infection prevention, and quality improvement protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (S.Kep.)
• Professional Nurse (Ners) qualification
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an inpatient ward
• Valid Indonesian Nursing Registration Certificate (STR)
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Additional certifications in patient safety or infection prevention and control
• Familiarity with JCI accreditation standards
