General Midwife (Outpatient)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive midwifery care for women, pregnant mothers, postpartum mothers, newborns, and reproductive health patients
• Conduct initial assessments and establish individualized midwifery care plans
• Monitor pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn adaptation
• Perform health education and counseling regarding childbirth, breastfeeding, and family planning
• Ensure readiness of medical equipment and assist physicians during procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and patient records
• Implement quality improvement and patient safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma IV (D4) in Midwifery or Bachelor of Midwifery (S1 Kebidanan) with Midwife Professional Program
• Active Lifetime Registration Certificate (STR) as a Midwife

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Normal Delivery Care (Asuhan Persalinan Normal/APN)
