General Manager’s Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and organize onsite employee engagement events, including competitions, celebrations, and managing associated budgets.
• Manage communication channels across the Fulfillment Center, such as newsletters, corporate communications, and site-specific message boards.
• Act as the site Charity Champion, coordinating the charity budget and working with central teams on local donation campaigns.
• Manage network recognition programs onsite to drive participation among the leadership team and associate population.
• Oversee the leadership team’s travel and administration, including complex diary management and recording meeting actions.
• Welcome and coordinate visitors on behalf of the General Manager and the site leadership team.
• Support site projects and initiatives by working closely with all support staff to secure necessary resources.

Requirements

• Experience in senior-level leadership support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with executive-level calendar and diary management.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
• Experience managing multiple complex calendars simultaneously.
