General Manager & VP, Asana for Services Management

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the global commercial and go-to-market strategy for Asana for Service Management
• Serve as a key executive sponsor and technical seller on strategic deals with enterprise customers
• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback and market insights
• Bridge the gap between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Define and optimize KPIs for SE/FDE teams and incubation sales velocity

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a Senior Director or VP-level capacity leading technical GTM, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within ITSM or ESM spaces
• Strong background managing highly technical field resources such as SEs, FDEs, or Solutions Architects
• Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and SaaS architecture
• Demonstrated success selling to IT buyers and managing a business unit's P&L
• Ability to translate complex market needs into actionable product requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal Product Management (PM) experience
• Curiosity and proficiency with AI tools and emerging technologies
