General Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement store business strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing management team through consistent coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by modeling brand service standards and "Customer First" selling behaviors.
• Manage controllable P&L components, including payroll, expenses, and inventory loss prevention.
• Oversee visual merchandising execution, ensuring brand standards are met through regular walk-throughs and floorset management.
• Maintain operational excellence by supervising shipment processing, replenishment, and daily store procedures.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of retail management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in training, sales generation, and leading functional teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
