Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle and foster an inclusive culture
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Deliver brand-aligned guest experiences using data-informed decisions
• Drive sales and profit by analyzing reports and managing costs
• Execute all essential functions of the Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, and Kitchen Lead roles

Requirements

• 3+ years in food service with at least 2 years in hands-on management
• Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
• Proficiency in planning, managing, and forecasting financials, labor, and inventory
• Ability to meet all physical requirements of restaurant roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
• ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification
• Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
• Strong financial acumen regarding budgets and P&L management
• Tech-savvy with comfort using digital tools for operations and reporting
