General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the car wash facility
• Ensure smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability
• Build and lead a high-energy team
• Drive sales and provide exemplary customer service
• Take ownership of P&L and data-driven decision making
• Operate the facility with an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management experience
• 2+ years of direct management experience (retail, automotive, car wash, or similar)
• Demonstrated P&L ownership
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Mechanically inclined with ability to learn tunnel equipment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate POS and office machines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience specifically in a car wash environment
