We are one of the fastest-scaling automotive service companies in the country, growing from 30 locations with plans to expand to 300 locations over the next four years.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the business, managing daily and monthly P&L results
• Drive revenue growth and gross profit performance through sales execution and cost controls
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and coaching
• Optimize operational efficiency using real-time observation and performance data
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns
• Leverage technology and operational systems to make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit or department
• Strong financial and business acumen with P&L analysis skills
• Experience leading revenue-driven teams and improving sales performance
• Demonstrated success in team development and performance management
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and take ownership of outcomes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday
• Dexterity to use hand tools and drive manual transmission vehicles

Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 plus annual bonus
