General Manager

Responsibilities

• Run a busy entertainment centre, creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for guests and staff
• Drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements, and bowling revenue streams
• Take full accountability for delivering budget targets and KPIs to drive center profitability
• Coach, lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Maintain high operational standards throughout the facility

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on General Manager within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
• Experience managing annual budgets of at least $1m
• Demonstrated track record of optimizing sales and business unit performance
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing team members
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
