General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for the product’s business performance, including financial results and operational outcomes
• Define success metrics and establish clear performance reporting and review rhythms
• Develop and manage the annual calendar and rhythm of the business, including strategic planning and financial cycles
• Partner with cross-functional leaders from game development and publishing to set a unified vision
• Lead and guide key internal and external stakeholders across publishing, including Marketing, Sales, and PR
• Develop and embed the organizational model by setting up core processes and organizational design

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in general management, including business strategy, organizational design, HR, and financial management
• Multiple years of experience leading a mid-size studio, game, or publisher
• Proven track record of leading cross-discipline teams in game development or publishing
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an Executive Producer or General Manager role for a game
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources
