About the role
About the Company
Sofive Soccer Centers is a growing startup developing state-of-the-art indoor soccer facilities. With 22 sites to date, we provide high-quality, all-season soccer centers for enthusiasts through a technology-empowered and community-minded approach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-first experience
- Hire, train, and lead all center staff including Assistant Managers and Program Coordinators
- Conduct weekly staff and management meetings for alignment
- Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to boost participation
- Monitor KPIs, manage payroll and inventory, and control supply expenses
- Perform daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Operate within budget and maintain compliance with company policies
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in sports, recreation, hospitality, or a related field
- Deep passion for and understanding of the soccer industry
- Proven leadership ability managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue and operational targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
