General Manager - SMB MSP Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the project, with full accountability for revenue, cost, and profitability
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including target verticals, ICP, pricing, and packaging
• Build and scale the business from zero, including hiring the team and establishing operating rhythms
• Drive sales and pipeline development using an MSP-informed GTM motion
• Make critical business decisions across product positioning, partnerships, and market entry
• Navigate and influence cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Deliver structured insights regarding competitive win/loss analysis and market validation
• Report progress and outcomes to the CEO and executive sponsors on a regular cadence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• 10-12 years of proven sales or GTM leadership experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Experience owning revenue and go-to-market decisions for a business line or division
• Deep understanding of IT buyer sales motions and managed services selling
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a business from the ground up
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions
• Ability to operate in lean, ambiguous environments with high autonomy
