General Manager - Small Format

Responsibilities

• Lead a small-format retail store by cultivating a high-performing culture focused on employee engagement and customer experience
• Drive sales and profit goals while managing budgets and cost centers
• Develop and empower a high-performing leadership team and build a talent bench for future needs
• Ensure operational and visual excellence in alignment with brand standards
• Optimize leadership and staff schedules to drive productivity and sales
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote a storytelling culture and community engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience, including experience leading other leaders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Québec
