General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the LaGuardia Airport branch, including fleet management and resource allocation
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational processes and employee engagement
• Spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs, and optimize incremental sales opportunities
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment of training and infrastructure with set KPIs and targets
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and coaching to nurture employee growth and development
• Manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or customer service
• Proven experience in the car rental industry is required
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs
• Strong leadership experience in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
