General Manager

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and growth targets
• Driving the service business growth agenda and building recurring revenue
• Managing daily operations including scheduling, dispatch, and technician productivity
• Leading operations managers, service managers, dispatch, CSR teams, and field technicians
• Monitoring unit economics such as average ticket, conversion rates, and labor costs
• Partnering with marketing on lead flow and pricing strategies
• Ensuring customer experience, safety, licensing, compliance, and fleet management
• Forecasting and budgeting with corporate leadership

Requirements

• Proven track record of P&L ownership and accountability
• Operational leadership experience in a blue-collar, technician-driven business
• Financial fluency with the ability to analyze and improve P&L performance
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Strong leadership presence to manage field and office staff
• Based in or willing to relocate to Wichita, KS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services
• Experience in a PE-backed services business
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma disciplines
• Bachelor's degree or MBA
• Military background or similar results-oriented experience
