Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end regional revenue performance across Sales and Customer Success for Americas and EMEA
  • Deliver regional DRR targets through net new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Scale the non-gaming business through focused vertical expansion and GTM execution
  • Increase iOS product penetration and launch new growth products like CTV and Influencer formats
  • Build a scalable customer advocacy engine to support pipeline generation and brand credibility
  • Partner with the CMO to execute regional marketing plans driving high ROI
  • Hire, develop, and lead high-performing Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Establish strong operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline inspection, and account planning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales, Customer Success, or General Management
  • Proven ownership of large, multi-country revenue targets
  • Experience building and scaling businesses in the Americas and EMEA
  • Existing network of senior customers and industry leaders in AMER and EMEA
  • Prior experience in performance marketing DSP, mobile advertising, or adjacent ecosystems
  • Track record of managing both net new acquisition and existing business expansion
  • Experience hiring and developing managers and future leaders
  • Deep comfort with revenue operations and KPI-driven execution
  • Executive-level customer relationship management skills
  • Strong cross-functional experience with Product, Marketing, and RevOps
