About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale revenue operations across the Agency Portfolio (Big 6 Holdcos and Independent Agencies) and the Growth Portfolio.
  • Translate global revenue strategy into regional operating plans, execution rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee portfolio design, account segmentation, and territory structures to ensure stability and scalability.
  • Partner with GTM leadership, Finance, and Product to align goaling, incentives, and capacity planning.
  • Build and develop a high-performing North America Revenue Operations team.
  • Drive CRM health, data quality, and scalable workflows in partnership with Revenue Technology and Analytics teams.
  • Champion structured feedback loops, including win/loss analysis and pipeline insights, to improve GTM effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or business operations leadership.
  • Proven experience operating at scale within complex B2B or technology organizations.
  • Direct experience supporting agency-led or intermediary-based commercial models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and revenue analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
