General Manager - Returns Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, including performance, quality, safety, and customer experience
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Set performance goals, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Manage performance KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency
• Leverage data analytics and automation tools to optimize reverse logistics flows
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management
• Manage the operational P&L for the site, ensuring cost control and budget adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce
• At least 2 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record in driving operational performance and process improvement
• Experience managing performance metrics, budgets, and P&Ls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and Excel
• Ability to manage a diverse team and provide coaching
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and walk approximately 5 miles per day

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly workforces in large-scale distribution centers
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
