About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and execute the hotel masterplan
- Balance strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial results
- Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
- Ensure adherence to legislation and due diligence requirements
- Manage the hotel budget and report to the Regional Director
- Ensure the smooth running of the hotel and high levels of guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Strong eye for detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Passion for creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
