About the role

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and execute the hotel masterplan
  • Balance strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial results
  • Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
  • Ensure adherence to legislation and due diligence requirements
  • Manage the hotel budget and report to the Regional Director
  • Ensure the smooth running of the hotel and high levels of guest satisfaction
