About the role

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and manage the hotel masterplan
  • Balance strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial results
  • Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
  • Ensure adherence to legislation and due diligence requirements
  • Manage the hotel budget and report to the Regional Director
  • Ensure the smooth running of the hotel and high levels of guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude
  • Strong eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Passion for creating extraordinary service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
