General Manager

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L responsibility and ensure operational excellence across all areas of the hotel
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment
• Uphold and enhance Radisson Collection brand standards to ensure memorable guest experiences
• Act as a key liaison between the hotel, corporate teams, and ownership
• Drive business performance by implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Identify opportunities to enhance hotel positioning as a leading luxury destination in Bilbao

Requirements

• Proven track record in five-star hotels and luxury hospitality environments
• Experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in high-end properties
• Strong financial and operational expertise with a commercial mindset
• Ability to build trust and inspire high-performing teams
• Fluency in Spanish and English
