About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and manage hotel operations
- Balance strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial results
- Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
- Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and manage the hotel budget
- Report to the Regional Director to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel running
- Manage multiple revenue streams including Food & Beverage, events, and weddings
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Ability to relocate to Morocco
- 10–15 years of progressive hotel leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years as a General Manager in upscale, luxury, or international branded hotels
- Proven track record managing Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR
- Strong commercial mindset with success in driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience working with hotel owners, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders
- Ability to lead a diverse workforce in a multicultural environment

- Knowledge of the Moroccan hospitality market and regional tourism trends
