About the role

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and manage the hotel masterplan
  • Balance strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial results
  • Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
  • Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and manage the hotel budget
  • Report to the Regional Director to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations

Requirements

  • Strong eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Passion for creating extraordinary service
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
