About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and manage the hotel masterplan
- Balance strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial results
- Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
- Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and manage the hotel budget
- Report to the Regional Director to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Strong eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Passion for creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
